How do I return an item?
Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Petote pet carrier. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service at 1-800-640-7187. You must obtain a return authorization number before sending any merchandise back to us. Your refund will be processed in the same manner of your original payment within 5 - 7 business days once your package has been received. After your refund has been processed, you will be notified via the email address associated with your account. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
Returns are at the discretion of Petote Group, LLC and will only be accepted if the merchandise has not been used or if the merchandise has a manufacturers defect. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for merchandise that is returned or exchaged without a manufacturing defect. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. Before returning any merchandise, you must contact customer service and request a return authorization number (RA number). Please note returns will not be processed without an RA number.
Petote Group, LLC does not refund any shipping or handling charges.
